Are you shipping products outside the USA?

No, currently we are only shipping to US customers.

 

Once I place my order, how long will it take to ship and be delivered?

Please allow 3-5 business days for process with an additional 3-5 days standard ground shipping.  Expidited shipping available, fees apply.

How long does it take to see a change in my hair?

Results may be immediate but will heal and protect with continued use.

Return Policy

Our policy is to make you happy.  If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 30 days to return or exchange your item. 

Important: There must be at least 50% of the product left in the bottle/jar in order to qualify for a return.

*We monitor returns for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns, refunds, or exchanges including those with or without proof of purchase. We also do not assume responsibility for compensation or reimbursement of returned packages that are lost in transit without proof of delivery to Earth Harbor Naturals.

How to return my order?  Please contact us via email at sothispurebeauty@gmail.com.  Please provide your name, date of purchase, address and provide your reason why you would like to return your product.  

We will contact you about your return within 48 hours of receiving your email. 

All shipping costs are not refundable.

The item I received is damaged.  Now what?

If a product arrives broken or damaged, we will happily send a replacement right away. A photograph of the damage/defect is required. It needs to be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order. Images of damage/defective items can be uploaded through email.
